That’s why PK have developed Protocol, a comprehensive multi-user Client/Server system, providing the functionality to manage all activities involved in organising functions, from invitations and preparing a guest list to creating customised documents and table arrangements.

Protocol supports unlimited number of guests. The application processes large volumes of data without performance degradation. Protocol easily identifies guests - guests can be divided into categories such as Business or Sporting celebrities, with precedence within each category. The guest database allows easy access to simple personal data like phone numbers, addresses as well as information regarding family members, accompanying guests and associated companies.
